By using Nocturne you agree to these terms.

The app

Nocturne plays ambient sounds to help you relax and sleep. It is provided "as is" for personal, non-commercial use.

Nocturne Pro is an auto-renewable subscription offered weekly, monthly, or yearly.
The price is shown in the app before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID on confirmation.
The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings.
The yearly plan may include a 7-day free trial; any unused portion is forfeited when you buy a subscription.

Recorded sound loops are used under their respective licenses (see the in-app "Sound licenses" screen). Generated noise is synthesized in the app.

Nocturne is a relaxation aid, not a medical device, and does not diagnose or treat any condition.
